- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201305084-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>A record high OFET hole mobility</bold>, as high as 23.7 cm<sup>2</sup>/Vs, is achieved in macroscopic aligned semiconducting polymers. The high mobility is insensitive to the polymer molecular weight.
