- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>The back cover</bold> shows an envisagement of lithium ion batteries (LIBs) as a promising energy storage system encompassing a wide range of fields, including portable devices such as mobile phones and laptops, as well as electrically powered automobiles and the storage of electrical energy generated by solar panels or wind turbines. Prof. Jung Ho Kim and co‐workers provide an atomic insight into Zr<sup>4+</sup> doping in a one‐dimensional Li<sub>4</sub>Ti<sub>5</sub>O<sub>12</sub> nanofiber anode for high‐performance LIBs based on theoretical and experimental investigations.
