Abstract:: <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>It is demonstrated, that enantiopure cyclohexane‐1, 2‐diamine combined with hexanedioic acid as catalyst allows the asymmetric Michael addition of aliphatic aldehydes (I) to maleimides with up to 91% ee.</p> </abstract>
