- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Single crystals of Rb<sub>2</sub>Lu[Si<sub>4</sub>O<sub>10</sub>]F are obtained in flux‐synthesis experiments from a 1:4 molar mixture of Lu<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> and SiO<sub>2</sub>, and RbF (sealed Pt tube, 1373 K, 2 h).</p> </abstract>
