Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adom201300475-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>A visible‐blind UV detector design</bold> combining conventional silicon photodiodes with down‐shifting luminophores in a light trapping configuration enables a response in a selective spectral band between 300 nm and 360 nm.
