<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201304775-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>An optical nose chip</bold> is developed using surface functionalized mesoporous colloidal photonic crystal beads as elements.
