<abstract abstract-type="main"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>Anterior mediastinal lymphangiomas are very rare in utero with only a few cases reported in literature. We present a case of anterior mediastinal lymphangioma that was diagnosed on prenatal sonography (US) at 22 weeks' gestation. It appeared as a well‐defined, multi‐septated anechoic mass, in the anterior mediastinum between the heart base and right chest wall. There was no solid component and no internal flow on color Doppler US.
