- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Polycrystalline CaTa<sub>2</sub>O<sub>6</sub>:Pr<sup>3+</sup> phosphor is prepared by calcination of a stoichiometric mixture of Ta<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub> and CaCO<sub>3</sub> plus a 0.5 mol% PrCl<sub>3</sub> dopant level (1200 °C, 4 h).</p> </abstract>
