Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>"Trinity Sliotar" family</bold>: Chiral ligands containing pyridyl and naphthalene moieties were synthesized and characterized. These ligands were successfully used for the synthesis of Eu^III bundles where chirality of the ligand is successfully transferred onto the lanthanide centre resulting in circularly polarized red luminescence.<boxed-text content-type="graphic" position="anchor" orientation="portrait"><graphic position="anchor" mimetype="image" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgg4t7pcpqk" orientation="portrait" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" /></boxed-text></p> </abstract>
