Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Pt‐TiO</bold> _{<italic> <bold>x</bold> </italic>} <bold>/C electrocatalysts</bold> possess specific activities for the oxygen reduction reaction of about 1.5 times higher than that of conventional Pt/C.
