<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Kinetics determined by NMR</bold>: Whereas most measurements of kinetic parameters of a ligand–protein complex use displacement of the ligand, protein displacement can give accurate off‐rates in solution (see picture).
