Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>A large number of triarylamine‐based</bold> functional devices have been reported. However, efficient routes to bulky triarylamines are still underdeveloped. In their Full Paper on <ext-link ext-link-type="doi" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">page 1066 ff., </ext-link> Hideki Yorimitsu, Atsuhiro Osuka and co‐workers report a very efficient palladium‐catalyzed amination of bulky aryl halides. The reactions are applicable to <italic>meso</italic>‐bromoporphyrins and 9‐haloanthracenes with a wide variety of diarylamines.
