Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="aenm201300961-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Natural cubic‐FeS₂ is embedded in a stabilized polyacrylonitrile (PAN) matrix</bold>. The PAN matrix confines the electroactive reduced species of FeS₂ and captures intermediate polysulfide and elemental iron to prevent their dissolution into the electrolyte.
