<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adhm201470016-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>A nanodendritic silica coating is shown to be highly transparent under water. On page 332, Shutao Wang and co‐workers show such unique coating can not only efficiently capture cancer cells from whole blood samples, but also directly monitor the captured cancer cells.
