<abstract abstract-type="main"> <title>ABSTRACT</title> <p>We analytically calculate and discuss the radio‐frequency spectrum of the so called Akhmediev breathers (ABs), a class of nonlinear solutions of the nonlinear Schrödinger equation that governs the propagation in a single mode optical fiber.
