<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Self‐supported platinum nanorods</bold> with a high density of mesopores are prepared by electrochemical assembly of platinum‐containing micelles in the pores of a polycarbonate membrane. In their Communication on <ext-link ext-link-type="doi" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">page 8050 ff., </ext-link> Y.
