<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Inside and outside</bold>: Two consecutive postsynthetic modifications, first an elimination reaction in the channels and then bromination at the surface, were realized in a new hybrid metal–organic framework.
