<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Hand in hand</bold>: The title transformation was achieved using a pair of sulfatases acting through inversion and retention of configuration on opposite substrate enantiomers. Using <italic>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</italic> arylsulfatase PAS with alkylsulfatase PISA1 in one‐pot leads to <italic>sec</italic>‐alcohols (80 to &gt;99 % conversion) with 91 to greater than 99 % <italic>ee.</italic><boxed-text content-type="graphic" position="anchor" orientation="portrait"><graphic position="anchor" mimetype="image" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgg1v8wsx9t" orientation="portrait" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" /></boxed-text></p> </abstract>
