- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Surface functionalization</bold>: Complete detoxification of gold nanorods was achieved by manipulating the position in the stability map between surface‐adsorbing polyethylene glycol (PEG) and destabilizing ethanol (see picture).
