- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>When is an acene stable?</bold> The pronounced multiradical character of graphene nanoribbons of different size and shape was investigated with high‐level multireference methods.
