<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>By design</bold>: The novel MRI reporter Gd^III‐dota‐en‐pba (see picture) selectively binds to sialic acid residues, which are overexpressed on tumors.
