<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Groove specificity</bold>: Pyrrole‐imidazole polyamides are well‐known for their specific interactions with the minor groove of DNA (see scheme).
