- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <sec id="jocs12035-sec-0001" sec-type="section"> <p>Unroofed coronary sinus (UCS) is a rare cardiac anomaly that results in communication between the coronary sinus and the left atrium. We described an unusual presentation of UCS in a 48‐year‐old female that was not corrected during an initial secundum ASD repair 22 years ago.</p> </sec> </abstract>
