- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="de"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Eine chemisch gemusterte Oberfläche</bold> entsteht durch Selbstorganisation konzentrischer Polymerstreifen durch kontrollierte Verdunstung auf einem Si‐Substrat, gefolgt von der Entfernung schwach gebundener Polymere. Das Ergebnis sind ultradünne Polymerstreifen mit Breitegradient (siehe Bild).
