- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="ppsc201300188-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>A rapid and cost‐effective protocol for the fabrication of TiO<sub>2</sub> nanoparticles decorated with thin carbon coatings</bold>, which are derived from the calcination of a low‐cost, eco‐friendly, and readily available carbohydrate species, is established.
