- <abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="ppsc201200066-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>A hybrid system</bold> with a carbon nanotube coating on the shell of the polymeric particle is constructed via a Pickering emulsion route. Thermal generation from carbon nanotubes under near‐infrared illumination actuates the phase transition of the polymer matrix, rapidly triggering particle shape change.
