Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Proline‐based phosphine‐thiazole/imidazole ligands have been synthesized and successfully applied in the homogeneous, iridium‐catalyzed, asymmetric hydrogenation of trisubstituted functionalized and unfunctionalized olefins. Five different sets of ligands were prepared then evaluated for their catalytic activity and enantioselectivity in asymmetric hydrogenation.</p> </abstract>
