Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Investigation of the wood of <italic>Cunninghamia konishii</italic> resulted in the isolation and characterization of one new abietane diterpenoid, (6<italic>α</italic>, 7<italic>β</italic>)‐7, 8‐epoxy‐6‐hydroxyabieta‐9(11), 13‐dien‐12‐one (<bold>1</bold>), and two new labdane diterpenoids, (12<italic>R</italic>)‐12‐hydroxylabda‐8(17), 13(16), 14‐trien‐19‐oic acid (<bold>2</bold>) and (12<italic>R</italic>)‐12‐hydroxylabda‐8(17), 13(16), 14‐trien‐18‐oic acid (<bold>3</bold>). The structures of these new compounds were elucidated by analysis of their spectroscopic data.</p> </abstract>
