<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Three new isomeric biisoflavonoids, dapholidins A–C (<bold>1</bold>–<bold>3</bold>, resp.), have been isolated from the AcOEt‐soluble fraction of the MeOH‐soluble extract of the roots of <italic>Daphne oleoides</italic>, along with the known compounds daphwazirin (<bold>4</bold>), daphnetin 8‐<italic>O</italic>‐<italic>β</italic>‐<sc>D</sc>‐glucopyranoside (<bold>5</bold>), daphnin (<bold>6</bold>), daphneticin 4″‐<italic>O</italic>‐<italic>β</italic>‐<sc>D</sc>‐glucopyranoside (<bold>7</bold>), and 6, 7‐dihydroxy‐3‐methoxy‐8‐[2‐oxo‐2<italic>H</italic>‐1‐benzopyran‐7‐(<italic>O</italic>‐<italic>β</italic>‐<sc>D</sc>‐glucopyranosyl)‐8‐yl]‐2<italic>H</italic>‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one (<bold>8</bold>). The structures of the new compounds were determined by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR.</p> </abstract>
