<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>The back cover picture shows</bold> a sandfly, the insect carrying the parasite <italic>Leishmania donovani</italic> as a promastigote, which is responsible for parasitic infections in humans. The semi‐synthetic 6′‐hydroxysisomicin is shown bound to the A‐site of the protozoal RNA, thus interfering with the protein synthesis machinery.
