Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Keeping it in the family</bold>: A new family of 5‐styrylcoumarins exhibit <italic>E–Z</italic> isomerization around the C_αC_β bond with large extinction coefficients, medium‐lived excited states, and moderate fluorescence quantum yields (see picture).
