<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Blue light on a Janus rod:</bold> Prussian Blue (PB) is locally generated in an asymmetric way on a graphite rod by indirect bipolar electrodeposition (IBED).
