<abstract abstract-type="main"> <title>ABSTRACT</title> <p>Novel 3‐alkyl‐4, 1‐benzoxazepine‐2, 5‐diones were synthesized in good <italic>ee</italic> exploiting the chiral pool methodology, an economical way of <named-content id="d592e975" content-type="reactionType chemicalTechnology" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">asymmetric synthesis</named-content>.
