Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201303473-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Bulk‐heterojunction based organic photodetectors</bold> are fabricated by means of drop‐on‐demand inkjet printing with vertical topology, inverted structure, and small footprint (about 100 μm x 100 μm). Due to optimization of the deposition technique, an external quantum efficiency in excess of 80% at 525 nm and a ‐3dB bandwidth of a few tens of kHz is achieved. <boxed-text content-type="graphic" position="anchor" orientation="portrait"><graphic position="anchor" mimetype="image" xlink:href="ark:/27927/pgg3zmj2b6q" orientation="portrait" xlink:type="simple" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" /></boxed-text></p> </abstract>
