Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201301675-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>A high‐performance thermoelectric oxyselenide BiCuSeO ceramic</bold> with <italic>ZT</italic> &gt; 1.1 at 823 K and higher average <italic>ZT</italic> value (<italic>ZT</italic>_ave ≈0.8) is obtained. The heavy doping element and nanostructures can effectively tune its electronic structure, hole concentration, and thermal conductivity, resulting in substantially enhanced mobility, power factor, and thus <italic>ZT</italic> value.
