<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201302066-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p> <bold>Highly strained BiFeO₃ films</bold> transition into a true tetragonal state at 430 °C but remain polar to much higher temperatures (∼800 °C).
