Cheng, J. Lin, and co‐workers report the synthesis of a multifunctional nanocomposite as an anticancer drug carrier based on a NaYF<sub>4</sub>:Yb<sup>3+</sup>/Er<sup>3+</sup> core and mesoporous silica shell with thermo/pH‐coupled sensitive polymer brushes grafted onto the silica surface as gate molecules.
