<abstract abstract-type="main"> <title>ABSTRACT</title> <p>We present the case of a 57‐year‐old woman who presented with the acute onset of chest pain and dyspnea, which started while undergoing acupuncture for neck pain. A bedside ultrasound revealed bilateral pneumothoraces, which were confirmed radiographically.
