Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="graphical" xml:lang="en" id="adma201470026-abs-0001"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>Semiconductor nanowire homojunctions are grown via a homoepitaxial regrowth method in a chemical vapor deposition system by J. Yao, Y. S. Shao and co‐workers on page 620. In a single nanowire homojunction, the channel with the larger diameter permits the propagation of multi‐wavelengths of light, whereas the channel with the smaller diameter only confines light with a short wavelength and filters out the long wavelengths, which can be coupled out with a nanowire crossed junction.
