<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>The new compound Cu<sub>3</sub>[B<sub>2</sub>P<sub>3</sub>O<sub>12</sub>(OH)<sub>3</sub>] is synthesized by the molten hydrated flux method from a mixture of CuCl<sub>2</sub>·2H<sub>2</sub>O, NH<sub>4</sub>H<sub>2</sub>PO<sub>4</sub>, and H<sub>3</sub>BO<sub>3</sub> in the molar ratio 1:1:10 (autoclave, 443 K, 7 d).</p> </abstract>
