- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>3R‐LiTiS<sub>2</sub> is prepared by heating a stoichiometric mixture of Ti, S, and Li<sub>2</sub>S (evacuated silica tubes, 800 °C, 2 weeks) with 10% of Li<sub>1+x</sub>Ti<sub>2‐x</sub>O<sub>4</sub> and TiO<sub>2</sub> as byproducts followed by reheating in H<sub>2</sub>S (alumina crucible, 750 °C, 4 h).</p> </abstract>
