- <abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>Large single crystals of LiFePO<sub>4</sub> (up to 1 cm diagonal) are obtained besides Li<sub>3</sub>PO<sub>4</sub> and Fe<sub>2</sub>ClPO<sub>4</sub> by the flux growth method using Li<sub>3</sub>PO<sub>4</sub>, LiCl, FeCl<sub>2</sub>, and LiFePO<sub>4</sub> as starting materials (graphite crucible, 810 °C, 2 h).</p> </abstract>
