<abstract abstract-type="main" xml:lang="en"> <title>Abstract</title> <p>A series of Ce³⁺‐doped and Ce³⁺/Li⁺‐codoped SrAlSi₄N₇ phase‐pure phosphors are prepared by gas pressure sintering of stoichiometric powder mixtures of Sr₃N₂, AlN, α‐Si₃N₄, CeN, and Li₃N with a double amount of AlN to avoid the formation of Sr₂Si₅N₈ (1750 °C, 6 h, 0.92 MPa high purity N₂).</p> </abstract>
