Postoperative pathological outcomes were similar between the groups.</p> </list-item> <list-item> <p>Differences in positive surgical margins and ease of nerve sparing approached statistical significance (<italic>P</italic> = 0.097, <italic>P</italic> = 0.075 respectively).
