- <abstract> <title>Abstract</title> <p>We report a series of 4 cases of transcatheter aortic valve replacement infective endocarditis from our institution. Atypical diagnostic features were noted echocardiographically. Infection with enterococcal species was prevalent and a coexisting mitral valve vegetation was found in 2 patients. All 4 patients had excellent responses to intravenous antibiotics.</p> </abstract>
