Abstract

<abstract abstract-type="short"> <title> <x xml:space="preserve">Abstract</x> </title> <p>This RCT examined whether enteric‐coated mycophenolate sodium would enable use of CsA dosed to reduced C2 targets. There was no significant difference in creatinine clearance, AR, graft loss or death for usual <italic>versus</italic> reduced exposure CsA suggesting de novo renal transplant patients can safely receive a regimen of either full or reduced exposure CsA with EC‐MPS, corticosteroids and basiliximab.</p> </abstract>
